As a Co-Founding Partner at Sky Sight Inc., Nat Delorenzis is involved in strategic planning, research and development, and project management, with a focus on geomatics. Her role extends to building design and the meticulous preparation of construction documentation, ensuring strict compliance with building codes. She specializes in LiDAR and photogrammetry data acquisition using advanced survey-grade terrestrial and aerial scanners. Her expertise spans on-site data capture, mapping, and 3D modeling, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), building measurement services utilizing Scan-to-BIM workflows, BIM modeling, CAD drafting, and topographic surveys.
Nat holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo. Prior to Sky Sight Inc., she gained experience as a GIS and Remote Sensing Analyst at Pelmorex Corp. (The Weather Network) and the Canadian Ice Service (ECCC). In these roles, Nat demonstrated her proficiency in utilizing advanced software for automated target detection, manual validation of SAR imagery, statistical analysis, and visualization using ArcGIS, TerrSet, and QGIS, examining RPAS and satellite imagery. Nat holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations RPAS Pilot certification for aerial data acquisition.
