We conducted a BOMA area analysis of an approx. 11,000 SQ.FT industrial warehouse. Using advanced 3D scanning techniques, a digital twin was generated to serve as the foundation for creating accurate as-built floor plans to a high level of detail. Adhering strictly to BOMA standards, the analysis calculated rentable and occupant areas, providing essential information for leasing, property management, and financial assessments. The final comprehensive report includes colour-coded floor plans and detailed tables, clearly outlining the calculated areas, enhancing usability and facilitating decision-making.
