Our client, Mehboob Bangash Architects, was tasked with renovating a former Panera Bread Restaurant and adjoining Mihi'to Sushi Restaurant to become one of Healthy Planet's flagship Toronto locations. The two-story unit was located right next to Yonge and Dundas Square, in the heart of Downtown Toronto. The team of architects and engineers required an accurate 3D model to document the existing interior and street-level exterior of the building to aid in their renovation plans.

Our team provided a comprehensive 3D scanning service of the two-level, approximately 8,000 sqft property, located in the bustling Downtown Toronto area. Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we created a highly detailed digital twin of the building's interior. Our team delivered accurate AutoCAD floor plans, aiding in the workflow for the renovation process. The digital twin served as a reference point for the firm to create accurate building plans and execute the renovations with precision, ultimately transforming the space into a Healthy Planet location.
