WISA (Waterloo Institute for Sustainable Aviation) is a research institute based at the University of Waterloo, focused on advancing sustainable aviation technologies. We were approached with the challenge of showcasing their advanced technology ALSIM 250 flight simulator and flight simulator laboratory space to the University of Waterloo community and the public. They wanted to highlight the unique features of the simulator and demonstrate the value this space provides for research purposes, as well as to support students in the aviation program at the university.

Our solution involved providing commercial photography and a custom 3D virtual tour of the space. The 3D tour allowed viewers to experience the flight simulator's cockpit from the pilot and co-pilot perspectives, with multimedia tags showcasing various aspects of the simulator and the lab. The commercial photography complemented the virtual tour, providing high-quality images of the space. These marketing assets are used for a variety of purposes, such as promoting the aviation program and attracting potential partners and investors. Our solution provided a professional and innovative way to showcase WISA’s advanced flight simulator lab.
