We were tasked with capturing high-quality marketing assets for Campus Living Centres that showcased the historic Bank of Montreal building at 302 Bay Street, Toronto. However, the heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic in the area and the need to operate a drone safely presented several challenges.

Our expert team obtained the necessary authorizations from NavCanada to operate the drone in a Controlled Airspace and comply with Transport Canada regulations. The team also captured artistic and wide architectural photographs that showcased the building's historic facade and surrounding area. All photos were edited to the highest level for use in online and print marketing. The stunning results were delivered within five days and met Campus Living Centres' expectations.
