We successfully completed a Scan-to-BIM project that supported the expansion initiatives of Happy Explorers Learning Academy, a prominent preschool, and daycare. The academy's acquisition of a new property prompted an engineering firm to seek our expertise in creating an accurate digital representation of the new building for reference during upcoming renovations. By leveraging advanced 3D scanning technology, we meticulously collected data from the newly acquired property. This comprehensive approach resulted in the creation of a detailed as-built architectural model, precise AutoCAD floorplans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and site sketches. These Scan-to-BIM deliverables proved invaluable to the engineering firm, facilitating streamlined decision-making, risk reduction, and enhanced collaboration throughout the renovation process.
